Never had an issue here before, but the lady working had no right to take attitude with us as customers who had no clue there was some new policy in place about getting cash back. Will probably be trying to go elsewhere from now on cause this lady was way too rude to deal with again.

Worst customer service ever on a Sunday at 5p. The lady working was SO rude it was appalling. She angrily told me that you can't get cash back with the card we were going to use because it had a chip. We said okay, used our phone to transfer money on our other card and came back in and she literally yelled at us saying we cannot get cash back at all, doesn't matter if it has a chip or not and threw our card on the counter. She continued to try and charge us for our merchandise and my boyfriend said cancel the transaction, never mind. We'll go else where..might want to work on your customer service.
